3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
1 package cream cheese, cubed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 to 1 cup white cooking wine
1/4 cup butter
1 envelope Italian dressing mix
1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained (optional)
Cut chicken into small cubes. Stir everything together in crock pot and cook on low for 6 hours. Serve over bow tie pasta. Great with bread and a salad!
