This is Kevin's recipe. Makes for a perfect roast, every time.
1 large roast
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
Salt and pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
Several potatoes, cut in half
Several peeled carrots
1 onion, quartered
1. Season roast with salt and pepper, to taste.
2. Sprinkle with garlic and 1/2 pkg onion soup mix.
3. Put roast in crock pot and spread mushroom soup around sides.
4. Place potatoes, carrots, and onion pieces on top of soup around the sides.
5. Cook on low for 8 hours.
