Cake Batter Ice Cream

1 C whole milk
3/4 C sugar
2 C heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
2/3 C cake mix (do NOT get the kind with pudding in it)


Directions

In a medium bowl, whisk the milk and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.

Stir in the heavy cream and vanilla to taste

Stir in cake mix, making sure there are no lumps

Pour mixture into ice cream maker and let mix until thickened (25-30 min)

Place ice cream in separate container and put in freezer to harden.
